In this seed, you spawn on a border biome between Snow Tundra and Plains. In the southeast, there is a Snow Village #1 you can find as well as Mineshaft nearby, if you go to the west from that point, you will reach another Snow Village, the Snow Village #2. Lastly, go south from Snow Village #2 to find Snow Village #3, where the Stronghold is located. See the details down below.
