When you use this seed you will spawn next to a Village close to Desert Temple. You need to go the southwest to find Village #2 where Pillager Outpost and Stronghold are located. Somewhere between these structures, there is a Ruined Portal. For more details about this seed, scroll down.

The Ruined Portal, it’s located between Village #1 and #2.
