When you use this seed, you need to go to the northwest to find the Woodland Mansion and the others.
You might think that the Woodland Mansion is too far from the starting point. Well, technically yes but actually no.
Why? it’s because the location of the Woodland Mansion in this seed is pretty close compared to the other Woodland Mansions you usually found on a Minecraft Bedrock. See the image below to see how far Woodland Mansion normally is.
The usual location of Woodland Mansion in Minecraft Bedrock Edition.
It’s extremely far from the spawn point. But if you want the closest Woodland Mansion on Bedrock, you can try this seed. Anyway, as the title suggests, this seed also comes with 2 Abandoned Villages and Pillager Outpost.

Woodland Mansion is located in the northwest, it’s a bit far, but not too far for a Woodland Mansion.
You need to swim across the sea to get into the Woodland Mansion.
Woodland Mansion, Abandoned Village #2, and Pillager Outpost is adjacent. So, it’s really easy to find them.
